As Venture Partner – Health, Steve drives our health diligence across hardware, software, and biotech. Leveraging his clinical expertise as a consultant endocrinologist alongside two successful exits as a founder, Steve gives the team a uniquely informed view on one of Wales’ most opportunity-rich sectors.
Steve has spent his career at the intersection of clinical practice, academic partnership, and commercial growth – most notably as co-founder of OnExamination.com and Learna, both successfully exited. Now focussing on investments, all roads have lead to being uniquely able to diligence health investments and connect them into the NHS decision-makers who can validate and scale their work.
Away from Mentra, Steve is an avid and skilful skier.
