Leveraging four decades of public-sector leadership, Colin offers a perspective on Local Authority Pension Funds, regional growth, and long-term value creation that few others in the Welsh ecosystem can match.
From school leaver to Deputy CEO of the WLGA and CEO of Flintshire Council, Colin’s career has earned him national recognition across Welsh public life. His work managing the Clwyd Pension Fund – modernising its practices and shifting its investment strategy towards a more progressive, locally rooted approach – has prepared him well to advise Mentra as we work to channel more Welsh capital into Welsh innovation.
